Anyone need short-term housing in Chicago?
So my lease is up a month later than I thought it was.
Does anyone need a place to live for March? (Or February and March if you like). If you like the apartment, you can renew the lease at the end of March.
The location is fantastic. I’m on the red line and four (maybe five) bus lines. I can get to the Loop in 20 minutes, by bus even. The nearest red line stop is Clark and Division.
The apartment is a studio with a separate kitchen, a breakfast nook, a long hall closet/storage area, two built-in bookshelves, and a bathroom. The building has a large laundry room in the basement that works by a special card instead of quarters and a gym.
Cable and internet are free.
Including utilities, rent is about $1115/mo. I’d be willing to pay part of that just to get someone else to take the room for the month so that I can move as I’d planned.
Anyone interested?

Webdesigner Wanted!
Now that Plunge is 101% funded (yay!), it is time for me to start putting some of my plans into action.
I want a clean and inviting website for the ezine. The website would need to be something I could update on my own and compatible with cPanel or whatever tools the host offers.
The website would host the quarterly issues, an archive, a store, and informational pages (submissions, About Plunge, budget, etc), as well as the donors and sponsors pages.
If this is something that would interest you, please email me examples of your work, a cost estimate, and an explanation of how you’d approach the work.
